Mitchell; one daughter: Paula Keyes of Covington; three sisters: Geneva Thompson and Jewell Curtis, both of Taylor Mill and Helen Spencer of Independence; two brothers: Glenn Ballinger of Morehead and Donnie Ballinger of Daytona, Florida; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and many other extended family and friends.
