"Harry Hiram Coffman was born April 4th, 1883 near Mason City and departed this life on January 27th at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Krejci of Alliance, Nebraska.

He leaves to mourn his departure, his wife and four daughters; Mrs. John Slagle, Jr. of Sargent, Mrs. Charles Krejci of Lance Creek, Wyoming and Mrs. Leonard Woolsey of Broken Bow; two sons, Henry and Douglas at home; eight grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. James Kelley of Mason City.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church, Monday afternoon, in charge of Rev. C.E. Barton and Rev. Raymond Hill. Pallbearers were Ira and Emerey Runyan, Henry Rumery, Ed Shaw, Frank Hall and Vannie Reed. Interment took place in the Mason City Cemetery."
