Eva at a Young age joined New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully. before moving to Florida, She married Louis Allen, during their union they 5 children.
While residing in Altamonte Springs, Florida, she took moved her membership to Williams Chapel Missionary Baptist Church under the pastorate B .T. Williams, where she served as a dedicated follower of Christ and sang in the adult choir.
Under the leadership of Reverend David l. Washington she, joined the pastor's Aid Committee and served on the Deaconess Board. She was a faithful member until the time of her illness.
