A fourth grade student at Elroy Elementary School and a member of the Girl Scouts, Alicia was a quiet child with a sweet disposition, she loved playing barbies, dress-up and doing hair.

She was the apple of her father's eye and she adored him. One of her favorite things to do was "fixing" his hair with braids and doo-dads.

Alicia died as a result of a dog attack at the home of a friend.

Her death devastated many, not only in her hometown, but across the country. At a time when these types of attacks were prevalent in the news, it served as a catalyst for reforms in animal ordinances which may have saved others from such a fate...that's her legacy.

The world is a better place because she was here.

Beloved daughter of Tammy Shiflett and James Clark, loving sister of Andrea.
