Faye Conway Jordan, 84, died Dec. 12, 2005, at Medicalodge of Neosho In Neosho, M.

She was born April 14, 1921, in Redford, Mo., daughter of the late Marcus and Francis (Willis) Amsden.

She was united in marriage to Ray Conway Jan. 3, 1942, in Ellington; and he preceded her in death. She married Ervin Jordan; and he, too, preceded her in death.

Mrs. Jordan was baptized in Sinkin Creek in 1940. She attended services at the Medicalodge since moving there in 2001. Her hobbies included sewing, fishing, hunting, canning, crocheting and gardening.

She is survived by one son, Bobbie R. Conway, Ellington; two daughters, Rosemary Jordan, Ellington, Sue (Lloyd) Johnston, neosho; one brother, Berlin Amsden, Bloomsdale; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Hosken.

The funeral was held Dec. 15 at McSpadden Funeral Home, Ellington, with Pastor Lester Henry officiating and music by Geraldine Rains.

Pallbearers were Jesse McKee, Ben Walker, Mike Rotter, Danny Brunk, Wesley Amsden and Herbie Amsden. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
