Timothy J. "Tim" Harris 62 of Trenton died Saturday December 12, 2015 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese.
He was born September 5, 1953 in St. Louis, MO to Delmar and Lucia (Liebner) Harris and they preceded him in death.
Also preceded in death by his father-in-law George Reynolds.
He married Jeorgia Reynolds October 15, 1976 in New Baden, and she survives in Trenton.
Also surviving is a daughter Kim Harris of Lawrence IN
A granddaughter Paije Maas
Mother-in-law Elsie Reynolds of Belleville
Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Steve (Beth) Reynolds of Stanwood, WA, Alan (Tracy) Reynolds of Danville, Susan (Bill) Balint of Belleville, Penny Melching of Millstadt.
Tim received is Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Belleville Area College (SWIC). He retired from the City of Trenton as the Chief of Police and retired from Schneider National Trucking. Tim was also a Mason.
He enjoyed going to flea markets, an avid gun collector and collected scale model cars and trucks.
Memorial visitation will be Wednesday December 16 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Moss Funeral Home in Trenton.
Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association and will be received at the Moss funeral home.
