Nancy LaDee Downs Boggess

Nancy LaDee Downs Boggess passed away on December 7, 2015 in Houston, Texas at the age of 72. She was born February 22, 1943 in Murray, Utah to David Mark Downs and Bernice Pleiades Ison. Nancy married H. David Boggess and later divorced.
Nancy loved to read, square dance and talk about her beloved parent's flower garden. She was an active member of the LDS Church and loved teaching her primary classes. Nancy had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. She was employed as a caregiver in which she enjoyed immensely and blessed many patients with her loving care. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were the joy of her life. She was taken unexpectedly, peacefully and with loved ones near.
She is survived by her loving children: Lisa (Mike) Crawford, Clifford (Heidi) Boggess, Bill Boggess, Linda (Greg) Johnson, Steven Boggess and Brian Boggess; 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and sister, Lyla (Don) Hansen. Nancy was preceded in death by parents, sisters: Bernice Downs and Patricia Holt and granddaughter, Shannon Willmore.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, December 15, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Midvale City Cemetery, 471 West 6th Avenue, Midvale, Utah. A viewing will be prior to the graveside services, 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan.
