Ada Elizabeth Swanson was born Nov. 2, 1849 in Sweden, possibly Stockholm.

Ada was married to Emanuel Hedstrom, also from Sweden.

Ada died on July 21, 1918 at Renovo, PA. She was widowed and buried at the Fairview Cemetery on July 25th.

Hedstrom – Mrs. Ada Elizabeth Hedstrom, died at her home at Renovo, at 8:20 o’clock Sunday night, of stomach trouble after an illness of three months, the last four weeks of which she was confined to her bed.
She would have been 70 years old had she lived until November 2, 1918. She was a resident of Renovo about 49 years. Her husband, Manne Hedstrom, died nine years ago.
She is survived by two daughters, Misses Agnes and Anna Hedstrom, at home.
The funeral was held on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock at the residence, and were conducted by Rev. L. M. C. Weicksel, of Zion’s Lutheran church. Interment was made in Fairview cemetery.
