Howard Harrison McKim, well-known resident of Cromwell Township died after a week's illness at his home in Monroe Township, Thursday October 24, 1929 about 12:30 noon. Deceased was born in Cromwell Township, January 3, 1867 and was aged 62 years, 10 months and 21 days at the time of his death. He was the son of James Rawlson and Phoebe Hooper McKim. He was a member and active worker of the Monroe Methodist church.


Surviving are the following: his wife, Hulda Clark McKim; the following children: Clarence, Mount Morris, Ill., Mrs. Mabel Duffy, of Chicago, Ill.; Myron, of Chester, Pa., Mrs. Salena Cummins, of Fairhope, Pa.; Mrs, Hazel Whitsel, of Monroe Valley, and Paul at home; and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. John Piper of Tyrone, Pa., James J. of Shirleysburg; Mrs. Alice Barder, Mrs Salena Campwell; and Frank, all of Chester, Pa.


Funeral service will be conducted at the Monroe Methodist Church, Sunday, October 27, 1929 about 2:30 p.m. Rev. Herbert Beam officiating. Interment, Hill Cemetery, Orbisonia. Funeral directed by Frank Heidel.
