Grace Osborne was born on February 21, 1891, at North Umberland, a daughter of Mrs. Estella Osborne and the late William Osborne, of Syracuse. For many years she was a resident of Wiliamstown, where on April 6, 1910, she became the wife of Henry J. Taylor, whose death occurred in October, 1926. On December 28, 1927, she was married to William J. O'Neill and since had made her home in Camden and then in Rome.
Surviving is her husband; a son, William J. O'Neill, jr., Rome; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Taylor Stolo, Rome, and Mrs. Bessie Taylor Harter, of Parish; her mother, Mrs. Estella Osborne Syracuse; a brother, Richmond Osborne, Camden; and two sisters, Mrs. Janet Quirk, Syracuse, and Mrs. Frank A. Parsons, West Leydon.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at her late home at 417 West Park Street, Rome, N.Y. at 12 o'clock, daylight savings time, and at 1:30 eastern standard time at the Williamstown Presbyterian Church, Williamstown, in charge of Undertaker B. A. Sanborn & Son, Rev. Francis G. Doerschug, pastor, will officiate at the Williamstown services. Interment will be in the Williamstown cemetery.
