Georgia Mae Porter, 76, died December 4, 2015 at her home in Orem, Utah. She was born May 1, 1939 in Escalante, Utah to Emery and Sylvia Coleman Porter.
She moved with her family to Teasdale, Utah where she spent her childhood. She moved to Orem, Utah in 1952.
She kept close ties with all her Teasdale friends. She worked many years as a nurse in Orem and cared for her father and mother until they passed away.
She served an LDS mission to Hong Kong and had several callings in the LDS church. She especially enjoyed working with the youth. She was preceded in death by her only sibling, her brother Veon Porter.
