Nathaniel Gene Hadachek was the young son of Merle Dean and Debra Ann Sheridan Hadachek. He is survived by his parents, by two brothers: Timothy John and Jeffrey David, by his grandparents Eugene and Katherine Hadachek. He is also survived by two uncles, Larry and Mikel Hadachek and two aunts, Peggy Sue Hadacheck Stoffer and Patti Kay Hadachek Benda and four cousins.

Nathaniel died just one month before his 6th birthday of Leigh's Disease in the Republic County Hospital in Belleville, Kansas.
