Mrs Davd K Cartter, Cottonwood Falls, died today in Newman Memorial County Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock in the Brown-Bennett Funeral Home. The Rev. Wilbur Purvis, pastor of the Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery in Cottonwood Falls. Marian H. Hemphill, the daughter of Orson and Lucy A. Hemphill, was born Sept. 17th, 1871 at Hamden, Ohio. She moved to Cottonwood Falls in 1883 and married David K. Cartter May 15th, 1890, in Cottonwood Falls. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. There are no immediate survivors.
