Mrs. McDougall died Tuesday at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene.
Daughter of William and Lila (McCulloch) Cox, she was born Oct. 14, 1904, in Kendrick, Idaho, and was raised on the family farm. After graduating from the University of Idaho, she taught in Kooskia, Idaho, for three years.
She married Stanley McDougall April 4, 1929, in Colfax, and they lived in Kellogg until moving into Coeur d'Alene in 1959. Her husband died in 1973.
Mrs. McDougall was a member of the Episcopal Church of Kellogg and of PEO.
Survivors include one son, William McDougall of Kirkland, Wash.; one daughter, Sally Felton of Chicago; two brothers, Andrew Cox of Kendrick and Perk Cox of Lewiston; one sister; and five
