Also according to the 1880 Census, he was
married to Roseann. In the 1880 census,
it list 3 children, Nancy M., William A.,
and James R. Atchley.
Ben was married for the fourth and believed
to be the last time to Nancy Murrin/Murin
on the 24th of Sept., 1882 in Blount County,
Tennessee.

from blood poison from a sore on his finger.
He was attended by Dr. A. B. Housby. The
place of burial was: Pollards Cemetry. The
undertaker was E. U. Huffoker, Kodak,
Tennessee.
