A longtime resident of Cobb County. Mr. McRea was employed by the State of Georgia Dept. of Revenue, Alcohol, Tobacco and Tax Unit before retiring. He served in the U.S. National Guard and the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a member of the Peachtree First Baptist Church and the St. Phillip United Methodist Church.
Surviving are: 2 Sons – Alan McRea of Powder Springs Mark Andrew McRea of Lebannon, TN Daughter – Jackie L. McRea of St. Petersburg, FL 4 Grandchildren
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
