She died Wednesday at Countryside Health Care in Bardwell.
She was a native of Lone Oak and worked as a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are three children, Randall Jett of Benton, and Sharon Ellis and Karen Jett, both of La Center; a sister, Betty Scott of Cunningham; three brothers, Royce Abanatha and Ronnie Abanatha, both of Cunningham, and Joe Ben Abanatha of Evansville, Ind.; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were a son, Phillip Michael Jett; one sister; and one brother. Her parents were Roy and Alice Buchanan Abanatha.
