Funeral services for Mrs. Jeffie Areta Armstrong, 81 of 3438 Culver Street, were to be held t 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sparkman/Hillcrest's Garland Road Chapel. Burial was to be in Gove Hill Memorial Park. A Dallas resident 51 years, Mrs. Armstrong died Tuesday. Mr. Armstrong was a member of East Grand Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, William B. Armstrong; a daughter, Mrs. Leo Fern McKee of Dallas; a brother, J. B. Johnson of Dallas; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Ramsey of Dallas and Mrs. Judy Palmer of Burbank, California.
