Miss Kindness was born in Brothertown, Wis., in 1878. Soon after her parents moved to Chilton, where she resided most of the time since. She was taken with the dread disease last December, and soon after came here and remained with her relatives until her death. Belle was young lady just in the prime of life, loved and respected by all who knew her, but death loves a shining mark and she was taken from the world or sorrow, which was a severe blow to the family.
In her death, a father, four brothers and three sisters are left to mourn.
Call not back the dear departed
Anchored safe where storms are o’er
On the border land we left them
Soon to meet and part no more.
When we leave this world of changes
When we leave this world of care
We shall find our missing loved one
In our Father’s mansion fair.
