ELKIN BOOTH
Elkin "Junior" Booth, 61 of Paris, Missouri, died Tuesday morning at Pin Oaks Nursing Center in Mexico, which he had resided since June 5.
He had worked as a heavy equipment operator for 30 years in the Kansas City area.
Services have been set for Thursday at the Agnew Funeral Home and burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, east of Paris.
Mr. Booth was born Mar. 29, 1926 in Stoutsville, Missouri, a son of Elkin Ceward and Leta Maude (Bright) Booth. He was a member of the Full Gospel Fellowship in Paris.
He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Voyles; a daughter, Peggy Sadler of Virginia Beach, Virginia; a sister, Mrs. John (Rae) Jesse of Mexico; and several nieces and nephews.
