day in the Eubank Funeral
Chapel, Canton, Van Zandt
County. Burial will be in Ha-
ven of Memories Cemetery
in Canton.
Ayers died here Sunday.
A native of Canton, he was
employed by the Canton pub-
lic schools before moving to
Dallas 20 years to take
the job with Neuhoff. He was
a member of the Pleasant
Oaks Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife,
Julia Agnes, and three sons.
Daniel is the son of Oscar Arliss Ayers & Lucinda "Cindy" Whitley. Husband of Julia Agnes Hyde. They married on 07 Apr 1934, Elm Grove Community, Van Zandt Co, TX. They had the following children: William Arlice Ayers, Billy Gene Ayers, and Wayland Chester Ayers.
