Samson E. King, retired railroader, died in his home, 1018 Buttonwood street, aged 77 years. He was an engineer for the Reading Company for 54 years, retiring eight years ago. Fire Company, Fireman's Relief Association and P. & R. Relief Association. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Horace Deibert, and a brother, William King, both of this city; also four grandchildren.
Funeral services Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in his late home, with Rev. William A. Fluck officiating. Interment in Charles Evans cemetery in charge of the Cramp Funeral Home.
