Funeral services will be Friday, November 20, 2015 at 2 PM in Twin City United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Holt officiating and Rev. Randall Smith assisting.
Interment will follow in the Coleman Cemetery in Twin City, GA
The family will receive friends, at the funeral home Thursday Evening from 5-7 PM.
Pallbearers are Seth Pritchard, Robert Skibicki, Ryan Skibicki, Reid Skibicki, Jack Minor, and Barry Canady.
Honorary Pallbearers are Russell Taylor, Loren Williamson, Jimmy Ray Mercer, Jim Mercer, James Johnson, David Price, Johnson Turner, Charles Stewart, Wayne Collins, G.W. Johnson Jr., Arlis Womack, Sammy Jones, Olin Mercer, and Clay Clark.
Mr. Hall was born in Twin City, GA to the late Ottis Alva and Georgia Belle Hall and he attended Georgia Teachers College, now known as Georgia Southern University. Bud was the proprietor of the O.A. Hall Store in Twin City, GA, later along with his brother George Hall and wife Madolyn Hall. He not only served the communities of Summit and Greymont, but all of the surrounding counties. Mr. Hall was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the 1st Division in Japan following World War II. Many people knew Mr. Bud for his generosity and his willingness to help those in need seven days a week. He quietly established himself as one of the leading buyers of pecans in the region after over 70 years in business. Mr. Hall was a wonderful father, husband, brother, and grandfather.

Four Grandchildren: Seth Hall Pritchard, Robert Adam Skibicki, Ryan Alva Skibicki, and Reid Alan Skibicki
