Laverda G. Alexander, 96 of Campbell passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at her resident in Campbell, Missouri.
Mrs. Alexander, daughter of William A. and Bertha White Edmundson, was born on Monday, May 3, 1920 in Campbell, Missouri.
She was a retired Elementary Teacher having taught for the Malden School System and was a member of the Beechwell General Baptist Church in Campbell.
On July 17, 1951 in Piggott, Arkansas, she was united in marriage to William Edward Alexander. He survives.
Other survivors include one son, David William Alexander of Wikieup, Arizona and two grandchildren, David T. Alexander, Jr. and Jessica Mae Alexander.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 2 – 3:30 p.m., Sunday, April 9, 2017, at the Beechwell General Baptist in Campbell with funeral services immediately following with Reverend James Plymale, Reverend Gary Long and Reverend Jim Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri.
