The funeral of the late Benjamin H. Brock will be at the residence of L. P. Brock, 309 Union Street, at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon.
Benjamin H. Brock was born in Delaware County, N.Y., August 27, 1806. He was married to Christina Oliver in Cayuga Co., N.Y., Feb. 23, 1831, and they have lived together more than 60 years. They came from New York to Ann Arbor in 1863 and from there to Muir in 1869 and to this city in 1879.
His grandfather was a colonel in the British army and was with General Wolfe when he was killed at Quebec and with Lord Cornwallis when he surrendered at Yorktown.
