Services for Alfred Howard Castile, 63, Millbrooke Drive, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Ashby officiating.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight.

He died at 2:57 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, 2007, at his home of natural causes.

A native of Nashville, Tenn., he was born Oct. 17, 1943, the son of the late Buford Castile and Pearl Kirkland Hall.

He had retired as a process engineer following 24 years of employment at Phelps Dodge.

He was a member of the Pleasant Green Baptist Church.

His wife, Doris Castile, died in 2002.

Survivors include two sons, Danny and James Castile, both of Hopkinsville; four brothers, Clarence Castile, Aurora, William “Bill”, and Jerry Castile and Earl Hall, all of Hopkinsville; two sisters, Carolyn Bozell and Helen McGar, both of Hopkinsville and two grandchildren.
