Derrill C. "Doc" Bush, 80, of Winthrop, Ark., died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, in Ashdown, Ark.
Mr. Bush was born Feb. 27, 1925 in Winthrop. He was a sawmill owner and pastor of the RLDS Church, Winthrop.
Survivors include his wife, Joann Bemis Bush of Winthrop; one son, Carlton Bush of Winthrop; two daughters and sons-in-law, Corlis and Jerry Purtle of Atlanta, Texas, and Teresa and Perry Newton of Ashdown; one brothr, Joe Edward Bush of Lockesburg, Ark.; two sisters, Betty Rose Lisenby of Foreman, Ark., and Jama Fern Cox of Bigelow, Ark.; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services Tuesday 8 December 2005 at Winthrop Community of Christ Church with Terry Hess, Donnie DeLoney and Bobby Kesterson officiating. Burisl in Campground Cemetery under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
