Ann P. (Omulac) Cesnik, of Modesto, Calif., formerly of Pittsburgh, died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015. Mrs. Cesnik was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Cesnik; mother of Marilyn Radakovic, Anne Whiteside, Carol Cesnik and the late Sister Catherine Cesnik, S.S.N.D.; sister of the late Frank and Anthony Omulac; also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Celebrate Mrs. Cesnik's life at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Augustine Monastery Chapel, 221 36th St., Lawrenceville. Arrangements made by PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Route 8, Shaler Township.
