F. Lorraine Ward Lomerson, 86, of Lopatcong Township, formerly of Hampton, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015 in St. Luke's, Warren Campus. Born September 25, 1929 in Newark, NJ she was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Florence (Packett) Ward.

She was a homemaker and was a 1947 graduate of St. Philip and St. James High School. Lorraine loved her family, children and grandchildren. She collected owls in addition to other collectibles. She also enjoyed soap opera's and sweets. She was a former member of Ss. Philip and James Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son James and wife, Kimberly, of Mt. Bethel, PA; daughter Lorrie Hall and husband, Les, of Mt. Bethel; sister Marie Kohler of Phillipsburg; four grandchildren, Lisa Cristi and husband, Steve, of Pen Argyl, Ryan Lomerson of Mt. Bethel, Stacey Brescancine and husband, Tyler, of Bangor and Jennifer Bertolazzi and husband, Renan, of East Stroudsburg; and a great-grandson, Jonathan Cristi. A daughter, Lorraine Margaret passed away in 1950 and a brother Arthur Ward, Jr. died earlier.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 13, 2015 at 11 a.m. in Doyle-Devlin Funeral Home, Inc., 695 Corliss Ave, Phillipsburg. Visitation will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to time of services in the funeral home. Burial will be in Musconetcong Valley Cemetery in Hampton, NJ.
