Evans and Lavinia Elizabeth Marley Robert stood 5ft. 10in. tall, had brown eyes, black hair and a dark complexion. He was married to Carrie "Eva" Mitchell on April 27, 1918. He had two step-children, Helen Joyce and Otho Joyce. Robert was a stockman in Marfa, Presidio County, Texas. He enlisted in the Texas Rangers as a SPECIAL RANGER on January 3, 1918 thru January 15, 191 Robert Hampton Evans died July 15, 1927, in El Paso County, Texas.
