She was the daughter of Jan (John) VanCampen b. 15 May 1726-11 July 1808 & Sarah Depue 1737-2 April 1818. Her father was also in the Rev War.
Her Grandfather was Col. Abraham VanCampen and served in the New Jersey Militia during the Rev War. Her Grandmother was Susanna Dupuly.
Susanna, as was common pratice at the time, named for a child that had died 1756.
One of my Great Grandfathers, married another daughter of Abraham but the only proof I have is a signed marriage bond by her father. She is not listed in but a couple of family trees.
