St. Paul, Neb. July 5 (Special)--Joseph H. Crow, 58, retired St. Paul rural mail carrier, died suddenly of a heart attack while visiting friends near Palmer Wednesday evening. Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church Saturday afternoon at two o'clock with Rev. W. J. Primrose in charge.
Mr. Crow was born in St. Paul on June 23, 1887. He spent his entire life here, and until his retirement in April, 1934, was for thirty years a mail carrier out of the local post office. He had made his home in Grand Island since retiring. In December 1901, he was married to Miss Jennie Spink in St. Paul. To this union were born three children, all of whom are left to mourn his passing. They are Mrs. Lavina Lowe of St. Paul' Mrs. Rose Graybish of Grand Island, and Richard Crow of Grand Island. His wife by a second marriage, Mrs. Emma Crow, of Grand Island, also survives. Two brothers and two sisters, also survive, they being Mrs. Lavina Murr of Chicago, Mrs. Annie Lowry of Blanchard, Okla., Will Crow of North Platte and George Crow of Paxton.
