Potter, Janice Marie, 59, of Seymour, died Friday Nov. 6, 2015, at U.T. Hospital.
Survivors include her husband, Randell Ray Potter; children, David Potter, Samantha and Gerrand Kinzalow, Heather Fleener; five grandchildren; siblings, Roger McKee, Steven McKee, Lesia Potter, Elaine Yancey, and Wilma Potter.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at Nelsons Chapel Church of Christ, with Rev. Tyson McKee officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery.
