Aaron Jerome "Boss Man" Luckey, 58, of 4831 Chapman Street, Columbus died Monday, July 5, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Homer Mitchell, presiding the Rev. Ralph Huling, eulogist. Burial will follow at Green Acres Cemetery. Hill-Watson Memorial Chapel.

Mr. Luckey was born January 24, 1952 in Columbus, GA to the late Jessie Lee Morgan Luckey and Clarence Luckey, Sr. Mr. Luckey was a small business owner to include an avid cement finisher for several years, co-owner of Luckey Automotive and co-owner of A&A Cafeteria. Mr. Luckey attended public Schools in Columbus.

He was predeceased by his parents and a grandson, Adrian Huling.

Survivors include his wife, Annette Luckey of Columbus, GA; sons, Aaron Luckey, Jr., Reginald (Angela) Luckey, Walter Simmons all of Columbus, GA; daughters Sha Barbara (Robert) Cozart McCray, Afghanistan, Angelisa (Calvin) Hill, Kynyetta Luckey, Ananius Luckey, and a god-daughter, Jabri Brooks all of Columbus, GA; 17 grandchildren; four brothers, Rickey Luckey, James Chancy of California, Darryl Chaney, Sr., David Chaney and Bernard Harris of Columbus, GA, Kenneth (Gwendolyn) Luckey of Newark, NJ, Goffrey Luckey, NC; five sisters, Cynthia Jordan, Deborah Harris, Merrilyn Chaney of Columbus, GA, Cassandra Luckey and Carla Luckey of Baker, NC; a special nephew, Darryl Chaney, Jr. of Shreveport, LA, several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and loving friends.
