Laura, 86, of Parma, MI. went home to be with the Lord at the RidgeCrest Health Campus on Friday, November 6, 2015. Mrs. Boothe was the daughter of Hiram and Alice (Traynor) Gregory Brown.

She was preceded in death by her husband Truman "Pete" Boothe, her parents, numerous brothers and sisters.

Laura is survived by two children, Nancy Winchell (Roy Street), and Terry (Suzy) Boothe; four grandchildren, Amanda (Cary) Rudloff, Joshua (Ceclia) Winchell, Toby (Katie) Boothe, and Cristy Philips; nine great-grandchildren, Ciara, Micah, Bella, Kaitlin, Ashley, Skylar, Trevor, Caleb, and Levi; sister, Helen Navarre; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was a graduate of Parma High School in 1949. Laura and Truman owned and operated the Parma Party Store for many years. She enjoyed helping people and would never take anything in return, and traveling.

A celebration of her life was held at the Watson Funeral Chapel in Parma on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 with Reverend Brenda Walters officiating, Interment Roseland Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Laura may be made to the charity of your choice.
