Coy H. Ennis, 93 of Hickory passed away on July 2, 2023 at Carolina Caring in Newton.
She was born on September 30, 1929 to the late George L. Hawn and Della Huffman Hawn in Catawba County.
Along with her parents, her husband, Roy B. Ennis and eight siblings preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Gary Ennis and wife Sandra; three grandchildren, Olivia Miller and husband, Rhonda, Dylan Ennis, Racheal Ennis; four great grandchildren; and brother, Jim Hawn and wife, Sandy.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Ernie Richards will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
