Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Josephine Miller Kubicki. He was a graduate of Meyers High School, Class of 1961, and attended Temple University, Philadelphia, and Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre. He was employed as an account rep for Zenith Corp. He was an organizer and coach for 15 years for the Mini Mohawks, Wilkes-Barre.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, the former Romayne Thomas, Wilkes-Barre; brothers, Joseph Kubicki, Forty-Fort; Michael Kubicki, Pittston; nieces and nephews.
