Thinking back over the years and remembering the special times we shared. No one who visited your home; family, friends or neighbor will ever forget your warm welcome, great food and always a spirited conversation.
Mom, to us your family, you taught us so much about life, loving giving and sharing. Even in your later years you never felt old: your energy and zest for living inspires us all. You always conducted yourself with grace and dignity. Our Love and gratitude to you endures.
You will always be loved and remembered by your family: Daughter Nanette and husband Alan Hlavaz. Son H. Thomas Settlemire, Jr and husband Rich Italliano. Grandchildren: Kelly and husband Christian Sinclair and Amy Stone. Great Grandchildren: Lindsay Amelia and Gabriel Winston Sinclair and Hailey Hlavaz Stone.
Ina was born in Dix, Kimball Co., NE. She was preceded in passing by her husband Howard T. Settlemire Sr. They were married April 25, 1942 in Reno, NV. Having spent the first 25 years of married life in California, Howard was transferred to Stamford, CT with his job. There they lived for the next 20 years, upon retiring they moved to Riverton, WY to be closer to their brothers and sisters. They lived here until Howard passed in 1994. Ina stayed in Riverton, WY until 2013 when she moved to Lenexa, KS to be closer to family. Her parents, Ephriam M. and Minnie Olive (Taylor) Smith and her six sisters and three brothers also preceded her in passing.
A memorial will be planned in the Spring of 2016 in Riverton, WY.
Cremated ashes will be buried here.
