VANESSA C. "SUSIE" ALBERTSON, 48, of Lawton, will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, with Mike Murray, pastor of Liberty Heights Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Mrs. Albertson died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2006, in Lawton.
She was born Jan. 2, 1958, to Cecil and Mary Adams Hutson in Oklahoma City. She married Jack A. Albertson on Aug. 5, 1993, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was the manager of Grandy's for eleven years. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Liberty Heights Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; a son, Tony Smith of Checotah; a grandson, Trey Garrett; three sisters, Glenda, Cathy and Aretta; a brother, Buster Brown; stepfather, Albert Adams; two stepbrothers, Herschell and Odell; a special cousin, Teri; and special friends, the Bailey family, and Micky and Natalie Caudle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an aunt, Jody; and a brother, Johnny Joe.
