Abraham Ede Dead
The Plumas Independent contains a long account of the sudden and awful death of Abraham Ede of Beckwith Valley.
It seems that with no cause whatever, Mr. Ede took his own life by shooting himself in the mouth with a shotgun.
All Beckwith and vicinity are abocked at this tragic ending of a widely known and popular resident of that valley.
Mr. Ede was well known in Reno, where he had many friends and relatives.
