Services were held at 3 p.m. Friday, in the First Christian Church for Mrs. Susie Litton, resident of Electra for more than 45 years.

Mrs. Litton died Thursday in the Electra Hospital following a long illness.

Rev. Ward H.N. Gregg, pastor of the First Christian Church, assisted by Rev. Joe Wilson, pastor of the Electra Community Church, officiated.

A Rebekah service was also held under the direction of Mrs. O.C. Souther. Burial was in the Electra Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of the Totten & Son Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Marvin Allen, Lewis Kaiser, Billy Ray Wright, Hershel Wilson, Pete Gordon, and Jim Morrison.

Mrs. Litton was a member of the First Christian Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Her late husband, Jack, retired oil field worker, died in August of 1960.

She is survived by two sons, Dale, of Merkel; and Laveron, of El Paso; six sisters, Mrs. Lula Gumpert and Mrs. Effie Gilbert, both of Electra; Mrs. Winnie Glazner, Cahone, Colo.; Mrs. Hester Adams, Port Orchard, Wash.; Mrs. Bertie Hudgens, Lovington, N.M.; and Mrs. Clara Lowe, of Ennis; and four grandchildren._
