Jack B. Adams, 82, Lincoln County pioneer, brother of M. F. Adams, formerly of Harrington, died at Sacred Heart hospital, Wednesday morning at 4 o'clock following a surgical operation for strangulated hernia. Mr. Adams had been a resident of Lincoln County for 50 years and is survived by his widow, Hattie; a son, Otho, on a farm in the Rocklyn district and a brother, Marion F in Spokane. The funeral services will be held at St Francis Catholic church, Harrington, the (Friday) morning at 10 o'clock, the Rev Father M. P. Shiel officiating, and burial will be in St Francis Cemetery here. (Citizen-28 Oct 1932)
