She came to Newell Iowa in 1906 and married Dr. F. C. Foley in October of that year. To this union two children were born, Marjorie and Guy and she also took Dona to her heart and loved her as her own.
She was a Daughter of the American Revolution and a member of the National Mayflower Society.
She leaves to mournher departure her husband, Dr. F. C. Foley, one daughter Marjorie Killebrew, one son Guy of Hartley, one stepdaughter Eldona Baurose of Davenport, Iowa, one brother Spencer Ashley of Newell, Iowa and seven grandchildren.
