I'm providing the following information from Contributor: paddypaws2 (47629292) in hopes it helps others doing research. The people linked to Ira Quinn on this memorial may be incorrect.:
This guy is connected to the wrong family. I can see how it MAY have happened - he was born in Des Moines County and his family moved to Des Moines (city) Polk, Iowa. Still takes a lot of jumping to conclusions, since none of the rest of his 'fictional' family ever left Alabama.
There's a Memorial 87850118 with Clifford hooked to a wife in California. Her name was Minnie Freeman. It could be her, but I'd have to look further.
Anyway, his parents are Leonard Guinn & Mary J Peavy. They're my 2nd great grand uncle and aunt and extensively researched by at least three different families.
I'm going to see if I can track down his correct parents. Thank you!∼interred June 3 1926, age 45
