Mary A. Warlick, 93 of Battle Creek, Mich, formerly of Elkhart, passed away Thursday, Oct. 29, 2015 at the Bronson at Home Hospice Residence, Battle Creek.

She was born May 4, 1922 in Elkhart to Henry and Gladys (Leatherman) Shaffer. She married Windsor H. Warlick on June 8, 1941 in Elkhart. He died on Feb. 24, 2000. Surviving are 2 daughters, Diane (David) Hohler of Norwalk, OH and Sharon (Michael) Rahn of Battle Creek, MI; 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marge Higley and a brother, Richard Shaffer.

Mary was a homemaker and worked as an assembler for 19 years for CTS Corporation. She loved playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday, Oct. 31st from 11 am to 1 pm at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home where services will be held at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Adamsville Cemetery.
