Interment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park, Monroe, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.
James was born August 23, 1955 in Columbia, LA and passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2015 in West Monroe, LA.
Mr. James is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret Ann Manly and Cody Lester Manly and brother, Ron Manly.
