Charles N. Servies, 86, 908 Maple Ave., Noblesville, died Sunday morning at Riverview Hospital. He was retired 31 years ago from the United Telephone Co., and was also retired from Firestone. He was a member of the Christian Church in Noblesville.
He is survived by his widow, Minnie C. Servies; a son Robert Servies, Groten, N.Y.; a brother, Rev. John Servies, Crawfordsville; a sister, Mrs. Robert Abernathy, Chicago; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A son, Kenneth Servies, died in 1970.
Rev. Richard Roland will officiate at final rites which are slated for 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Evans-Godby-Trout Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call this evening after 7 o'clock at the funeral home.
