Dock C. Luckey, 77, died Feb. 16 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in Magee. Services were held Feb. 19 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl, with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Smith County.

Mr. Luckey resided in Brandon for over 30 years prior to moving to Magee five years ago. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in the U.S. Army. He retired from General Cable Company in Brandon. He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Jerry Fairchild, and brothers, Thomas Ray Jordan and Ledrew Luckey.

Survivors include his son, Timothy Luckey and his wife, Mischelle, of Magee; daughters, Diane Hanna and husband Bobby, and Rita Fairchild, all of Magee; brother, J.R. Jordan of Pascagoula; sisters, Eva Lee Dollar of Raleigh and Carolyn Barnett of Magee; and nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
