Lulu D. Wolcott, 85, died Sat, Aug. 20, at the Mt. Vista Nursing Home, Toppenish.

Lulu Wolcott was born May 14, 1905, at Almeria, NB. On Oct. 7, 1923, she, Miss Lulu Strong, and Charles R. Wolcott were married at Taylor, NB and made their home at Sargent, NB. They moved to Grandview in 1941 where Mrs. Wolcott worked as a clerk at the Red and White Grocery and Johnson's Variety Store. After retirement she moved to Sunnyside. She is preceded in Death by her husband in 1964.

Survivors include two sons, Milo Wolcott, of Grandview, and Oliver Wolcott, of Leaburg, OR, and two daughters, Mrs. Mary Reichert of Kelso and Mrs. Beverley Moore, of Seattle. 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. One sister, De. Marie Stron, Pendleton, IN, two brothers, William Strong, Almeria, NB, and the Rev. Allen Strong, Mesa AZ, and two sisters-in-law, Flossie Strong, Pasco and Una Strong, Grandview, also survive.

Services held Wed. Aug. 24, at the Smith Funeral Home, Grandview. Interment at the Lower Valley Memorial Gardens, Sunnyside.
