LACKNER, Fr. Joseph H.,S.M. Born in Cincinnati, OH, professed first vows August 22, 1960, perpetual vows August 15, 1965, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 28, 2013 in Seoul, Korea. He is the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Hayward) Lackner. He is survived by his brother George; sister Helen (Lackner) Hampton, her husband George, their children George, Michael and Diane. He was a dear brother, uncle, great uncle and friend to many. Visitation will take place at Immaculate Conception Chapel at the University of Dayton, 300 College Park Dr., Dayton, OH, from 8:30 to 10:30 am on Saturday, May 11, 2013, Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, followed by a reception at the Kennedy Union Torch Lounge at UD. Burial will take place at 1:30 pm at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Mt. St. John, Dayton, OH. Donations may be made in Fr. Joseph's memory to The Marianists at https://www.marianist.com/support.
